PARKSIDE AMENITY

WAS Design brought the spirit of Coastal Alabama to life with the creation of a stunning pool amenity at Parkside, a new home oasis near Santa Rosa Beach. Inspired by the emerald waters of the Gulf and its sparkling white sandy beaches, the design captures a relaxed coastal vibe. At the heart of the amenity is a zero-entry pool that mirrors the experience of stepping onto the shoreline, complemented by inviting pergolas that provide shaded retreats. An outdoor kitchen and TV complete the space, offering the perfect blend of leisure and entertainment for residents to gather and enjoy.
