MARLIN PLACE

WAS Design was tasked with creating a modern, comfortable design for Marlin Place at Avalon, with a focus on comfort, convenience, and connection. The development features a distinctive entry element and a wide range of amenities. Highlights include a pool with a sunshelf, a clubhouse, and a beach volleyball court, complemented by shaded pergolas and inviting gathering spaces. Outdoor games such as cornhole and horseshoes add to the sense of community, while Southern-style plantings, thoughtfully designed hardscape elements, and strategic lighting enhance the overall atmosphere.
