The City of Semmes wanted to take an empty property in an older part of Semmes, and envision a development that would energize this area and tie together a “downtown” fabric for the City. This mixed-use, infill development envisions offering retail, entertainment, residential, and recreation opportunities to the residents of and visitors to Semmes. The City desires to find a development partner with aligned vision with whom they can work to execute this idea over time. WAS Design assisted in ideation, feasibility, and programming, and led an effort in master planning and illustrative marketing graphics.
