WAS Design, Inc. worked closely AR-TX REDI Regional Economic Development, Inc to develop a Master Plan and Marketing Graphics for the 850 acres associated with the East Texas Logistic Center in Bowie County, Texas. The Verified Shovel-Ready Site boasts frontage on both sides of Interstate 30 and is bisected by Panther Creek which was a driving factor behind the evolution of the planning efforts. The Master Plan depicts 7 parcels ranging from a Truck Stop outparcel up to multiple 120 acre plus distribution facilities.
