WAS Design helped develop the master plan and marketing graphics for this innovated infill redevelopment project. Formerly a lumber mill site, this 45 acre site is just north of downtown Quitman. Mayor Eddie Fulton has dreamed of converting the vacant property into a place for businesses incubation, recreational activities and affordable housing. WAS Design worked closely with the Mayor and Mississippi State University architecture students to develop the plan and housing components for this potential community changing project.
