WAS Design played the role of prime consultant for the design of the pool amenity center and entry feature for this approximate 900 lot subdivision in Santa Rosa County Florida. The entry boulevard is flanked by a tower and entry signage with water features on each side to create a statement upon arrival. The large clubhouse and resort style pool terminates the entry boulevard in impressive fashion as well. The amenity center also contains a splash pad, outdoor kitchen structure, and lush plantings that flow as a cohesive design thought.
