Chickasabogue Park is an 1,100-acre park located in West Central Mobile County. Proposal features of the master plan include swim/ beach area, boat launch, canoe/kayak trails, group camping, RV campgrounds, rental cabins, primitive campsites, day use areas, multi-use trails, nature areas, splash pad, destination playground, ropes course, conference center/lodge, and other nature based recreation facilities. The Master Plan presents in a graphic form the site specific design and location of existing and proposed park, recreation, and support facilities. The Plan creates a vision for the park’s future and represents a design effort based upon community input, site analysis, goals, and objectives.
