WAS teamed with WGK Engineers to develop a Pedestrian Corridor plan through the heart of Co-Lin’s campus. The project scope consists of converting an existing road into a large pedestrian corridor and plaza that connects groupings of historic dormitories and classroom buildings. The pedestrian corridor is designed to add to the aesthetics of the campus and includes components such as lush plantings, raised planters, site furnishings, lighting, and decorative paving. The college received a Transportation Alternatives Program Grant of one million dollars for the construction of this project.
