WAS Design’s goal was to strike a balance between boutique and luxurious, one that feels authentic, embraces its culture and environment, while bringing about a new narrative for Pensacola Beach. WAS Design focused on blending luxurious materials with biophilic design principles to create a one of a kind hotel experience featuring 3 distinct areas, the family, adult and tower deck. The family area includes a 5,000 sf pool, lazy river with an island oasis, sun shelf, 3 waterwall features, bridge, party hot tub and oversized family cabanas. The adult area features a secluded adult pool and waterwall feature along with an elevated hot tub area. Finally, the elevated tower deck features an outdoor bar, 4 private lounge seating areas with fire pits and a custom waterwall feature of its own.
