WAS Design was hired to design the pool amenity area and surrounding landscape improvements for this 138-unit luxury apartment development. The pool amenity courtyard features a simple modern pool that is flanked by two free standing pergolas, one of which houses an outdoor kitchen. Other site amenities include seating areas, fire-pits, a bocce ball court, vehicular access control, and lush plantings.
