WAS Design has partnered with this client on many projects, and this coastal single-family development is a prime example of how modern living meets outdoor living. The community features a welcoming entry and an array of amenities that blend recreation with relaxation. Highlights include a zero entry pool with a lazy river, splash pad, and playground, as well as pickleball courts, pergolas, and a walking trail. Additional amenities such as disc golf, putt-putt golf, cornhole, horseshoes, and a mailbox kiosk are enhanced by thoughtfully designed hardscapes, plantings, and irrigation.
