As the lead consultant for this amenity project, WAS Design was entrusted with creating a pool and clubhouse area that delivers a true resort-style experience. The resort zero-entry pool spans more than 3,200 square feet, offering generous space for recreation, relaxation, and community gathering. To further elevate the development’s appeal and functionality, our team also designed complementary improvements such as enhanced lighting, integrated sidewalks, a modern playground, dedicated pickleball courts, and a half basketball court. Together, these elements form a cohesive, welcoming, and highly functional amenity environment for residents.
